Can you post a pic of the rear of the sub or the speaker terminals? Is there enough clearance to use dual banana plugs like this:

I have Ken's e90 sub and he has a pigtal that comes out of the sub for 10-12" to a molex connector. There is no room behind the sub for a terminal connection as that would have to eat into the sub volume. I have the pigtail running up the sidewall of my trunk, and then molexed just underneath the rear deck. It is out of sight at normal level.

I will say that I've had issues with the cables flexing and backing out of the molex connector. Ken...maybe tighten this up a bit? Secure the cable jacket to the molex jacket?

Anyone found a good way to secure this thing? Mine flops over even under moderate low speed turns. Surely I'll take it out for the track and autox but I'd like it to stay in place for the street! I have some ideas but would like to see if anyone's implemented something.

Thanks

Would the amount of heavy bass make the battery connections loose or throw it off in any sort of way?

Absolutely not. Those connections only come loose with a ratchet and socket.

I currently have an Alpine Type R10 SWR-1042D powered by an Alpine MRP-M500 running at 2ohms. The ID 10 is close to the specs of the SWR-1042D (except for the power handling). I would love to get an unloaded enclosure and still get similar performance. What are your thoughts on the depth of using my R10 @ 6-7/8" mounting depth also curious of the Cubic FT of your enclosure to insure i don't need to step up the power of my Amp.
