Removing inlet manifold?

Anyone done this at home? Or is this a garage only job?
How long does it take to remove?
Do you require any special tools? I presume a torque wrench is a must when refitting

I would like to take it off and give it a good clean as there is some oil leaking around from the inlet manifold whilst replacing the gaskets

Is there a guide or can soemone give me some pointers?

that's my next job to do...

tried the egr bypass with no luck as it didnt suit my car but whilst it was off I had a look into the manifold & it looked oily & coked up a bit although the egr was pretty clean to be honest but was refitted looking like new.

I think we could manage this with our experience but what fazes me is you can only see about 3 of the 6 inlet pipes as the engine seems to disapear under the bulkhead to theres lots to strip off befor the "dog can see the rabbit". I think once you can get to it there will be about 12 bolts & a sensor to deal with.

Might have a go with mine next week depending on the weather.
