Hey, hey. I take offense to this. I am one (mortgage agent).
Yes, I will admit that there are quite a few out there that should have more knowledge in what they do, but I actually make sure my clients will be as educated as can be as this is a big investment. Alot of people out there are mis-informed, don't know much details about the mortgage they are entering into (i.e. when their first payment date will be). Sad if you ask me.
