Gentlemen. An extensively researched topic.
I came up with 41 front and 43 rear psi which I run on my 335i vert with standard 225/35/19F and 255/30/19R kumho ecsta's nonrft/m-sport suspension.
Feels okay but think it can be better. Please post your numbers.

f/r 235/275 42/44 cold street iirc, i just put in whatever the guide on the door says for a fully loaded car/one fat driver.

Cold 38 all around

Hot, +4psi as a general rule of thumb.
