Bluetooth and Ipod retrofit.
Hey guys,
I have an 07 328i with the logic 7 premium audio system. I would like to retrofit the usb ipod adaptor into my car as well as bluetooth. Now I know for the bluetooth a need the unit and to have it programed, as for the ipod connector, what is required and is it even possible to do? Thanks.

retrofit the usb/aux in option 6FL. it uses the same MULF2 module which you need for bluetooth if your car doesn't come with a TCU from factory. coding is necessary for 6FL as well so most people do both at the same time.

It was my understanding the older car can't do USB
Also you have to get the BMW kit to do ipod(old version) and have the car programmed if you don't already have a CD Changer as it works throught as if it were a CD
Changer. Also I thought the Dension and morbridge units could offer both usb and bluetooth music streaming with the right options for the older cars , but only the single line display in the non idrive head unit. |

I have aux. Don't have bluetooth or usb. I want to ad both these features, I know I need mic and antenna etc... That can be done easily. Next instead of ULF I need MULF? Is that all? Can anyone verify that this is correct? Also which MULF parts are compatible with E90? |

Has anybody with a old car done the new HU
Has anybody with a old car done the new HU.
In particular anybody that already has bluetooth phone on a most bus . And this still doesn't give you A2DP but it looks like the best way to go if you want USB and HD radio or you don't already have bluetooth phone. |
