Germans are lucky even they have this kind of cameras.
They have good roads with no speed limit mostly.
So it is not a problem to drive slower in the areas where it is necessary.
Problems appear in countries that have speed limits and they will introduce this kind of cleaver hidden cameras.

I hope that we never get these here unless they increase our limits to more realistic/reasonable levels. 80% of drivers in Quebec go over the posted limit
