Hey guys,

SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been abroad for a while on business. Returned yesterday to discover that friends and family have recieved messages on facebook and emails from my accounts

.

I can't really say I have been hacked because I leave all my accounts always "signed in" on laptop and work computer phone etc.

Wankers deleted all my saved messages and correspondences.

I guess it was my fault anyway. So you live and you learn.

So, if by chance anyone has been affected in such a way. Then please accept my sincere apologies.

Edit: Can someone point out how to restore my Profile as having no picture?

If you look on the Andy Murray thread in Off-Topic, you will see that Mikeysix (Page 3 or 4) posts that he received a PM from you and quotes it in full.

I also posted later that you had sent me one as well without quoting it (but it referred to me as being "born stupid")

If neither of these PMs came from you but some A.N. Other, I would look into what else this person has done to sully your good name.

I'm surprised you don't know about this as one of the Moderators was going to address the issue.

Seems odd someone would go too all the trouble of logging into forums, reading them to find out who to offend by then sending private messages.

Did the PM not give personal information that would only be known by the account holder or by someone that knew him?

Since he says he left his computer logged on to everything, then no personal information was required to send the PMs either.

And Carl, the OP started the thread by saying he hoped no one was inconvenienced and we are letting him know that at least two forum members received abusive PMs from his account.

Oh dear. I have just read the andy murray thread. I have aplogised for the pointless grief or hassle that has been caused. I still not have been able to find out why someone found it funny to do so.

Awfully Polite has been a regular member for some time now, I don't think that hes gona suddenly go "mad" and start sending abusive PMs.

Mate I got totaly Facebook raped its unreal. So now apparently I have divorced my wife and renting a flat with a group of gay guys in Brighton and performing Drag queen cabaret shows on fridays.

Tough one to explain to my family abroad.

Hows things in london? Coping with the M4 Olympic lanes? What a nightmare mate, I was behind a lady who had paused for a minutes because she didnt know wether to risk the bus lane or the flipping royalty lane and have a nice juicy fine. TFL = Kn*bs

To be honest I've always found you a nice chap as well.

Surely it's someone close to you that has done this awful thing.

When I split up with an Ex 10 years ago she went mental And hacked my MSN, deleted all contacts and also then signed me up to adult friend finder as a gay guy and did some horrible stuff. Phycho BITCH

No dave I'm afraid that was 100% me. In the context of the thread ( at the time) I thought it was a fair and measured response. In hindsight though maybe a tad harsh, but then again its not as if you apologised for your manner so, all in all, I stand by it. Unless you want to discuss it further.
