JB4 Stage 2 Question
I have a lci msport. I shifted to DS and sped down the highway. I hit around 110, my rev shifter on the jb4 is set to 6 k rpm. All of a sudden I heard a loud revving sound while im doing around 100. Is this normal? What should the shifting point be set to? Isnt that bad for the car if the engine keeps revving like that trying to shift gears? Overpowering the tranny?

in DS mode, when u hit the kickdown during ur accelleration, if you let up off the gas, the throttle mapping will continue in high rev for "spirited" driving and transmission braking.
This is normal behavior.

OK....I have an update....that sound is not revving...it sounds like a fan....only happens when i go past 60 and decide to speed up...it sounds like a high powering fan thats loose....anyone have this issue before? I had max cool on but i turned it off...i haven't tried it since though cause there was traffic.
