dash cam recommendation? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

thinking about putting a dash cam in, anyone have any insight I could appreciate? thanks in advance!

Really depends on your budget and what you are looking to do. For the low end I would recommend go pro or the contour unit. If your looking for more of the high end we have the Aims Smarty cam. We love this unit before it can be hooked up to our Aims dash and gps so we have maps of the track and rev and speed in our videos. If you would like to check out both of these units feel free to stop by and we ca show you them.

I have seen both units and I would just recommend Gopro, for the price of the aims unit and what you do with it I dont think it is really worth it

Are you looking to set something up to like a DVR?

I recall there was a group buy for sale over at 1addicts, let me see if I can find it. What is the purpose of this? For the track or just normal driving?

normal driving, just figured it would be something fun to do since i tend to do way to many long drives
