BMW custom bodyshops: SoMD/D.C.?

Hi, I live in Southern Maryland and am looking for a bodyshop that can handle a custom job (bumpers, tint, and exhaust) in the Washington D.C. area.

I contacted At Speed Motorsports for a quote, but they are a little far from where I live and I suspect it won't be cheap. Is there any places you guys can recommend that will do a good job for a good price?

What exactly are you looking to have done? Paint, tint, exhaust isn't "custom" work, unless there's plastic molding/shaving or bending/welding up a custom-fabricated exhaust. Any reputable auto/body shop can take care of most things.

BMW Excluservice does my maintenance and they have a body shop that did my body work. Exhaust anyone can do with a lift.

Saying custom was fallacious. That's my fault.

What I need is to have an M3 Rep bumper (or 2) painted in BMW OEM Space Grey Metallic and then installed. I found bumpers that need no modification; I was under the impression that the front bumper was going to have to be modified.

I will want a second cat delete and aftermarket tips installed. I also want a 35% tint. This is rather simple but I think it would be easier if the place can do it all at once.
