e92-lighting.com experience [issue resolved]

I first started my experience with e92-lighting.com on July 31st. and i placed the following order..

JULY 31st

after placing the order, There was no response about when the items would ship, so i left the following message with there online chat help.

August 1st

as days continued to go by, and no tracking information was received, i left the following message with the online chat again.

August 7th

well, today i finally received my order, but the painted reflectors, which i was told was the reason for the delay in shipping where not included. I have contacted e92-lighting via pm and hope to get things sorted out.

It turns out that the painted reflectors are being shipped in a different order and i should receive them soon, and i also received a $10 refund.
