new Member. Hello guys.

Hi guys. Just came from a 2011 gti to a 2008 335i sports premium package.

I found it in the manual but I don't know where it is some was wondering if you can answer a few questions for me.

1. How do I set the blinker to blink 3 straight times and stop.
2. How come my lumbar support and side boltster support don't move when I push the buttons.
3. Does this car have Bluetooth audio to stream things like pandora.

Any other tips would be welcome.

Here are some pics of my cars of the past.

Different cars for sure. I recommend the s2k as a weekend car cause it's hard to live with. I really loved the gti, front wheel drive is odd though.

Welcome!

Here is a weak attempt at answering your questions: If you have idrive you should be able to set your blinker from the settings menu (not sure if 2008 idrive has the same settings menu as later models, I know idrive changed significantly in 2009), not sure how you do it without idrive.

If your lumbar and side-bolster support aren't moving it sounds like they are not working correctly...sorry I know of no settings or tricks that would result in them not moving when pushed.

I have been unable to get music to stream wirelessly thru my bluetooth. After briefly looking into it I found that others had the same problem. Not that it is impossible, but it seems that BMW did not set things up for easy bluetooth music streaming.

My car history will soon resemble yours. Wife drives a GTI, and I am actively seeking an S2000 as a weekend car...good god that car is a blast.

For 3 blink only move the blinker stick a tiny bit. If you move it a lot, it keeps it on, but if you barely move it at all, it has 3 blink for lane changes.

See Triple Turn Signal under Turn Signals in your owner's manual. It can be set either thru iDrive or the dash computer.

For the inoperative lumbar, I'd take it back under your CPO warranty.

+1, this will work if you do not have i-drive.

Welcome and congrats, nice to see another, Tiag. Now that you've come to the dark-side you will not be going back.

And for Q.# 3 that would be no, unfortunately the stock Bluetooth set-up will not allow the playback of music, but there are a few options out there like the blackberry music gateway http://store.shopblackberry.com/Prod.../ACC-41596-001 ( it will work with most smart phones) good luck and enjoy the forums.

Nice cars! I'll be actually picking up an s2000 in a couple months. Welcome to the forum, let me know if you'd like a set of wheels once the mod-bug hits

Welcome.
To answer your third question:
I use the Blackberry Music Gateway to stream music through Bluetooth.
Works great with my iPhone.
