DIY Header Removal for the N52

Hey guys can you help me on how to remove my headers? So far i was able to unscrew all the screws to my headers and get them moving, but with the tight space its almost impossible to remove them, does anyone have a diy or can step me through on how to remove this it would be a great help thanks.

Remove all oxygen sensors to alloy more room to move headers. i had to remove the rear header for cyl 4-5-6 first then i removed the front header. its a b but if u wiggle them they will come out. i used a pribar to help them come out as well
