I agree,I paid for 3 items for my e46/M

1. one iem was a $25.00 mount w/ phone/ipod holder for the dash trim.
They shipped 2 items ok, the holder thing was only a mount (holder missing).
Called Friday said they shipped monday,

2. double charged me of one item by $15. (if I didnt check my online bank, thet would have gotten away. Took couple of days to get credit back)

3. two week later, no phone holder, they said it takes 3 wks to ship. (that would be a month if it comes true, and I paid FedEx money? )

.... Complained that they are selling items that they dont seem to have (maybe backorder) I paid fedex money why should I wait for weeks.

4. Request to return, the stocking fee was outrageous, the process was tedious, w/ alot of restriction that if you dont follow, more money we be taken.

5. Plus they shipped my item from New York, but the return place is in canada, they even asked for me to put the package value to zero, so they dont have to pay customs fee. but your f*cked for your item is worth zero you have no way to claim.

6. they are liars! w/ a friendly tone and gestures.
if they dont produce the item, Im glad i'll be only out $20-25.

7. whats weird is when you get your purchase invoice via email, the prices you paid are missing, along side shiipping cost. So, that when you call them for problems theres no true way of figuring out what you paid for those items. w/c makes it confusing, for they work on confusion. Confusion is delay and more of your money they can hold

8. I dont know if I will ever get my missing part, but Im not holding my breath.

Stay away from these clowns guys, they are unreliable and shady these are cheats IMO and works of Confusion. Yes! the confusion they create to delay your item, hold you money longer, and frustrate you when you like to refund.

Watch out for big ticket items purchases, if I cant trust them with $30-40, would I for future big ticket items

i purchased the Xenon interior lights from them.
their customer service is a little high strung...the thing that gets me is the website itself.
it's a usability nightmare...and that makes me uncomfortable as a user and as a purchaser. it's got unprofessional written all over it.

Easy buddy. I have purchased 1 or 2 items for my personal cars and have never had any problems with them. Maybe I have just been lucky.

Recently I've purchased two items from them. Great packaging and fast shipping. Everything has been perfect. I recommend them!

I'll second this: I've ordered tons of stuff for my e34 from Bavarian, and I haven't had a bad experience. Several of my orders have come in sooner than expected, usually from faster-than-quoted processing time.

you should start a new thread on your experience with Bimmerproformancestore, as this one is specifically about bimmian.com

I ordered an AFE intake on the 30th of September from Bimmerproformancestore, a couple days later I recieved an email saying it was unshipped. No problem, I thought, its probably just out of stock. Strangely, there was a button that said reorder. Hmm, I thought, I don’t need two and if I needed to reorder just because they were out of stock, that would be wierd. Plus I would risk the possibility of buying two. At over $400 a piece from an intake that gives minimum gains to start with, $800+ is way too much. I might as well have ordered the GruppeM. So confused, I emailed them and asked them the deal...no response. I waited a couple days and emailed again... no response.. I called only to get the answering machine so I left a message. They did not care to contact me. Once again, I emailed them and no response so I called again and they still had no concern to contact me. I emailed them again but still they did not respond. So the other day, I emailed them for the last time to tell them that as a result of their very poor customer service, they have lost a customer and thousands of dollars as a result of that!! Today I ordered my AFE from Bavauto. I mean seriously, if we plan to spend upwards of $5000 to modify our BMWs, don’t you agree that the company should at least give a damn to take care of its customers?? This one has clearly proven otherwise! I can imagine that hitting the delete button on all my emails took effort for them to do so I strongly would recommend to anyone not to trust a performance shop (poorformance shop) like this one!
In my last email, i told them that i would let the forum know about this and "amazingly" the next day i got an email kissing my butt with apologies!

First off: to the owners / admins of this board: this is not meant to be a commercial posting, rather, it is meant to provide a benefit to your members, providing them a new way to get their problems resolved.

To: ase2dais and MarkE90M3:

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with Bimmian service.

We are under new ownership and we would sincerely like the opportunity to resolve this issue. Please accept our apologies as it seems like this has been a while getting resolved for you. It also seems that you may have been given some improper information by a staff member who is also no longer with us for this very reason.

Please send me a PM directly, and I ill get this resolved for you.
ase2dais: Just tell me your original order number and what part you are missing and i will get a new part in Fedex on Tuesday.

This goes for everyone who has any kind of problem with us. PLEASE CONTACT ME.

We are not in the business of screwing over our customers. From time to time mistakes happen, or things get confusing, and we apologize for that, but please know that we do want to make sure each and every customer is happy, and if not, feel free to talk to me directly about it. I am the new sole owner of the company and want to make sure everyone is happy.

Thank you

Ian,

This forum is for the e90post community to give feedback on vendors to help educate and inform each other, not for vendors to try to do some PR cleanup. Please respect what we have here.

And to set the record straight with this "new ownership" stuff, it was under your "ownership" that I had my extremly piss poor experience.

Oh yea, try having a talk with Chris@bimmian for his unprofessional emails/pms.

I hope others have better experiences with bimmian, just passing along the horrible experience i've had.

A apologize for posting here not being a supporting vendor... in fact, i would welcome you to PM me with some rates for sponsoring your board.

My reason for posting as stated before is solely to ensure that your members not only become satisfied with us, but get the products that they paid for in the first place.

Regarding new ownership, I had a business partner until recently, and since that is no more, I have had more ability to assure our customers a better experience.

Additionally, we have replaced our customer service person who was another reason that some of you have had poor experiences.

Regarding Chris, apologies for any problems you have had with him. He is no longer with the company, so I am unable to verify exactly what happened.

Please understand that we have been through a few tough times in the past that led to a small percentage of our customers not being served properly. I am sorry that you are one of them, and would sincerely like you (and EVERYONE ELSE WHO FEELS THEY DID NOT RECEIVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE) to give me the opportunity to assist them.

We have thousands of satisfied customers, but unfortunately, most of them do not have motivation to post like someone who was not satisfied. Every person who posts saying they received bad service was probably followed by 500 people who received perfect service, who just are not posting.

Anyway, please email me or PM me, let me know how i can fix your problem, and let me know about sponsoring the board.

Thanks

+1 Thanks for stepping up..... I am a customer and did not have any problems with my orders so far and I am happy with the products that I have received from bimmian.

Like someone stated above.....if it was ebay, i would give them a positive feedback.
