Clubs in L.A - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hey guys.

I'll be heading to the U.S from Australia in December and just wondering if you guys can recommend any clubs I can go to in L.A? Also is there a site i can have a look at to see if there are like dance events or anything on during that time? Thanks!

what kind of music do u like ozzie? so many different clubs here from house, hip hop, rock, all that...

Avalon, House of Blues, The Roxy, Whisky A Go Go, Key Club, ... those are just a few off the Sunset Strip...

Whatever you do... PLEASE don't be one of 'those guys' on the top down tour buses that supposedly go around stars' houses and through beverly hills and hollywood. Don't buy star maps... just drive (or take a taxi/designated driver) down the sunset strip on any given night and you should find something enjoyable!

besides those u can check out Circus and the Exchange

out of towners should definitely go to melrose and you can pick up flyers for all the local events and smaller clubs

Any places that I must see or do in L.A?

I'm also planning on taking the coastal route up to San fran. How long would it take via the coastal route and hows the drive?

Avalon, supper club, lure, playhouse for clubs and if you want to go to more chill places you can check out, Redbury, the pool at Roosevelt, The Standard rooftop in downtown.. The drive from LA to SF on the 1 hwy is pretty long.

Playhouse, Supperclub, Drai's, Tru. Those are the newest/nicest clubs in LA. Other than that go to Vegas!

Exchange LA, Playhouse, Avalon, Circus all play house/ trance music and have popular DJ's spinning there on weekends.

I've always wanted to do this drive. From what I know its a good 12hr drive on HWY-1

more like 10ish if you dont get stuck behind anyone for too long... which is about what I averaged both up and down. It is totally worth it tho.. absolutely gorgeous scenery..
