Like many of us, we get rear ended and take the opportunity to have insurance pay for the mods we've always wanted but couldnt afford.
Im dead set on the M-Tech rear bumper but im on the fence with the diffuser options available. The car is Monaco blue so theres a bit of concern that a gloss black diffuser may blend too much with the Monaco blue paint on the bodyHeres the facts: 1. I have a Monaco Blue pre-LCI E90 335i 2. overall, Im going for a clean but performance OEM look 3. the diffuser will go on a OEM M-Tech rear bumber Diffuser options: 1. plain diffuser - matte black 2. plain diffuser - gloss black 3. performance diffuser - matte black 4. performance diffuser - gloss black 5. performance diffuser - raised parts gloss black, sunken parts matte Heres some pics of member's cars. I hope you dont mind me using them. Thanks and I hope this thread help's others as well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I tend to agree, although I think it looks good on grey, black or monaco blue. That said, I think the raised piece in gloss black will look good too and the matte will give it some contrast.
