would this fit on 2008 335xi?

Hmm.....I'm not 100% sure, thats what im running on mine though and no problems..

This setup will work perfectly fine on your 08 335xi!!

I've been looking to get a set of M359's in hypersilver for my 08' e90.

I mostly see postings and fitments based on 19" size. Do these wheels come in any size smaller than 19"? or is that just preferred by most for the more aggressive look?

The Avant Garde M359 wheels look great installed on the car. You can try to put a 5mm spacer on the back if you want a more aggressive stance. Take a couple more shots so that we can see it from a few different angles!!

is it possible to run a 275 rim on the rear? or will it scrubb?

Hopefully this shouldnt play with my speedo

For those of you who like this wheel, the setup that is going to work best is the 19x9.0 ET35 with a 235/35/19 up front and the 19x10 ET38 with a 265/30/19 in the rear. The wheels are available in either Hyper Silver or Matte Black as pictured above!

How about for the 18" wheels? What setup works the best?

That's not far off from 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 (stock tires). I was hoping I could mount those rims with my current tires.
