All,

If I was to purchase a 2nd hard instrument panel for my 330d 08 would it display the correct info e.g. Mileage the car has done, mpg, obc info?

Am I correct in saying the panel will display information fed from somewhere? No data is actually stored in the panel itself?

it will not work, the mileage is stored in the key, car, and gauge cluster. the cluster has to be coded to the car or else certain things wont work such as the tachometer. hope this helps
