iphone 5 - new connector
anyone a bit annoyed about this change?
it has put me off changing for now - just cant be faffed changing the car dock etc. i heard a rumour that even with the adapter to convert it to the old style, not all devices will work, especially those that relied on 'ipod out' signals from the connector to display track titles. suspect this may therefore spell trouble for e.g. denison adaptors, but to be clear i dont know. still it creates uncertainty that is not welcome. progress eh?! i have a 2yr old iphone4 at the moment, might get a cheap 4s in due course instead of a 5.

I just started googling this... and seems its not compatible with BMW and Mini iPod connections!
Think ill just get an iPhone 4s ...

Currently not worried so much about this as I've still got another year on my iPhone4 contract, however we'll see what the score is after that........

Moflow, if you went from an iphone 4...use your galaxy for a few weeks then try using an iphone 4, first thing I noticed was how small the screen was!

I've been holding off on the snap in adapter until I get my 5. For the time being Y cable and Bluetooth FTW!
