Dealer says I need to replace the starter, but its $1114.08. Does anyone know of a DIY on this?

I can't remember if there's a DIY or not.

It's a bitch though, at least it was on my 330i.
The intake manifold was the biggest bitch

Yes follow manifold swap to get to the starter...
