What's the deal with the rear bmw performance seats? Did LTBMW chop up two other BMW Perf. seats and custom make that?!?

Two updated pics, finally put in the backseats as well this weekend so the retrofit is complete. Not bad for a car that had oem non sport non power leatherette seats to start with.

so how does shifting exactly work then? Because on the AT you have to push that little piece in behind the shit knob to move between park,reverse,neutral,drive. Do you just push the MT knob whichever one you want?
