idle issue - N55 w/ BMS DP & JB4

cold idle at a light the idle dips hard and then hunts to find the correct idle.
idle seems to be worse when the software if off.
It sounds like its dumping to much fuel causing it to run rich...
I dont know - if I dont feather the throttle at a light the car will stall out -

I haven't sent any info to Terry @ BMS yet - wanted to know if anyone else is having this same problem as me?
