I'm a Sr Art Director at an Ad Agency. For those who watch Mad Men....Don Draper, except in girl form.

I'm also a photographer, though I quit doing it full time to go back to advertising so that photography wouldn't feel like a "job." Didn't want to get burned out on it

ahh got it. So, is there anything good that works for prevention of further hair loss?

I forgot to answer the main thread topic... I do brain surgery research at the Cleveland Clinic.

Well, Finasteride 1mg, commercially known as propecia, is effective at slowing the loss, you could talk to your physician about getting a prescription for that. It's a good place to start. There are a few other options that we carry as well. If you need more info, send me a PM.
