CDV (Clutch Delay Valve) Removal?
Have about 70,000km on my car and I have been hearing a little bit of clutch chatter when starting in first and wanted to see how many of you have done a CDV (Clutch Delay Valve) Removal and who I could go to to get mine removed.....

It's pretty straight forward. RMP did mine just punched a hole through through existing cdv

I always wondered about doing that... what is the main difference you guys feel when removing it ?

Easy DIY. Remove the CDV and attach the hoses together if you own the vehicle or do the punch through method for a lease. lots of info on the site about this and it is a great little mod.

I ordered a modified CDV from Burger Motorsports and am waiting for it to com in. As soon as it does I am installing it for sure. When I am in Toronto traffic its so frustrating when my clutch engages at different points. I have been driving standard all my life and I feel like I still don't know the friction point with the OEM CDV.

My CDV came in this week.... Monday is a holiday in Canada for Thanksgiving so I am going to try and install it..... I'm a bit nervous about bleeding the line though, does anyone have first hand knowledge of how to best do it? I am going to be doing it with my buddy so I will have an extra set of hands for the bleed procedure.

i did it myself, no big deal. i have an x drive and had to remove the differential shaft to get to the bleeding bolt. pain but if you have no xi it's easy. again i noticed very little to no difference so hope works better for you.

How did you bleed/how do I bleed the line? Sorry for the 'noob' question but I have never done it before...
