Question for 06 325i - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi I was just wondering if you could code my 325i 06 model to have the angel eye halos for DTRL on my headlights.
can it just be a simple code? or would I have to do a retrofit of a new LCI headlight?

what I mean is the LCI models that have the eyes for the headlights i dont like my base ones..

Do you have non-xenon? If so, you need new headlights or aftermarket ones.

i believe they are xenon... sorry kind of new but they are white at night if that helps..?

I have a 2006 330i with the FRM. There is no way I have found nor heard of to enable AE as DRL. Some have replaced their FRM with FRM2 or FRM3 just to get this functionality. I went a different route. Disable DRL (or enable the option to disable in iDrive), disable corner marker lights, then just run with parking lights on.

whats FRM? is it the headlight itself?
i dont have idrive on my car and im not sure if i can disable corner marker lights i've tried to get it coded but it was no use.
Has anyone ever done the disable corner marker lights on a e90 325i?

FRM is a module that controls the lights and a few other things.
There are different versions that have more functions FRM2 and 3

So the FRM 2 is the only way i could do my DTRL angel eyes?
I always thought I could code it because i have it for my actual headlights.

Another question... Does anyone know if i can do the side delete the deletion of the orange side marker on the headlight on a 325i 06.
