Underground Euros 6000K Fog Light HID - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I purchased a set of 6000k HID fogs from Underground Euros and had a slight issue with the drivers side ballast. The passenger side fired up without any issues but when I put on the drivers side it came on once and then came off. I kept taking it out and putting it back in as prescribed and got it to come on one more time and I went in the car and took the lights off and put them on it would not come back on. The passenger side works fine. I switched the lights and those were fine. When I put the ballast in question on the passenger side, that worked before, it still didn't fire up so I concluded it was a ballast issue.

I contacted Danny from Underground Euros through PM and he gave me his number and we talked through text. I explained my issue and a new ballast was sent to me promptly.

The lights are very easy to install, true PNP setup, and they work/look great and best of all no errors. Would definietly recommed their services to anyone looking for a HID setup..

What is point of post?
Its 2012. Every HID kit is plug n play.
And expect another ballast to blow if one did already.
Low quality kit apparently.

this is not true at all! We support our products 100 percent. If anyone has any issue at all we will back it and replace it.
We sell 100's of these kits this was the 1 st problem we had.

what is not true ? Where did i say did you didnt support your products. Feel free to read again since your confused.

When you use quality ballasts and ignitors you have no problems EVER.

Show me an Oem setup or a quality kit that has failed? Thats my point-

They dont. Period. The bulbs burn out over years that is all.

Try to stop being defensive about some product you sell that failed

The quality, is not crap, and oem ballast go as well. We sell a lot of d1s ballast to replace oem ones that go bad.

Either way, i am not here to fight or argue. We correct what need to be done, the customer is happy and they wont have anymore issues. As our kits been in cars for 3 years plus now.

I agree, I have there angel eyes and fogs in my car since 2008. No issues at all. Love them!

It obviously went over your head so let me explain again...the point of the post was to give my experience on the purchase of a product and also the experience with the product...and the post was made to assist anyone who may be interested in the purchasing from Underground Euros.

I love mine. They match my angel eyes, and have no issues at all with flickering/errors etc.
