Allow me to enlighten everyone as to the condition of this forum lately.
As you may or may not know, no one looks at the for sale section any more.

I have had stuff sitting there for months that sell within days when I post in the general section.

It gets more traffic, so why the hell not? As sellers, we gotta do what we gotta do.

It's not ruining anyone's life and no one's ones getting hurt.

With all the other stupid nonsense posts in this section, for sale posts are the least of our concerns, just sayin.

Let me make this clear.

It's not only you. There were a few other posts.

I personally use the site for things other than just selling my parts. I've been on this site since 2006/7 and I contribute where I can. Mostly I do this via pm when people need help with their cars on the forum. I come here to read about whats going on with our cars, as well learn about my car when I need to.

If you have a problem with selling your parts either lower the prices OR make an area in your signature with your parts for sale THEN contribute to the forum. You've been here since 2010 and have 4,130 posts which averages to 4.5 posts a day....make a thread with all of your parts you have sitting around and bump it.

Follow forum rules. Simple as pie.

I know, you are absolutely right. Thank you for the suggestion of putting the for sale parts in my signature, that is actually a fantastic idea.

Posting all my FS parts in one thread would be a good suggestion, but there are several different categories, so that's out the window

I'm sure you can appreciate where I'm coming from though.

Be warned, any member who purposely posts threads in an inappropriate forum will be subject to warnings/infractions. All you're doing is making more work for admins/mods.

And to those members who don't do this and are annoyed by threads purposely made in the improper subforum, please report the post/thread and we will deal with it. Thanks.
