, that's why owning a BMW is so intriguing. It's a never ending battle to keep "mod" monies in your pockets. You will always want some "mod" you don't currently have.

When I had to get the front resprayed due to a shredded truck tire, I took the opportunity to have the OEM Performance Rockers and Rear Bumper/Diffuser installed. I also had the OEM CF diffuser cover added on, along with the JBSPEED LCI front splitters. Joey and his team at Stock or Modified did all the work, and it looks amazing! He even painted my front license plate bracket for me. A big shout out for them if anyone needs any painting or body work done...they really are top notch.

Thanks muzzamil for the thread info. Just wanted to intro myself here as well. I am new to beemers in general (coming from a WRX) and just picked up an e92 335i. Just wanted to say whats up and looking forward to meeting up with you guys soon. Im already guessing the meets are gonna be posted in this thread.

PS- I also have a couple parts on the way like reflectors and black vinyl window trim and am planning a headlight swap with a buddy of mie soon, so if anyone can maybe lend a hand would be great as well.

Haven't been on for a while, been crazy busy. I have been getting a loud hum from my tires, so I rotated and balanced them. When I balanced them they said the only tire out of balance was my rear passenger. Not quite sure why that one wheel would be out of balance. Possibly wheel bearing going?? Not hearing a grinding sound or anything just a humming sound starting at 40 mph. I have Conti. DWS for not even a year yet and only go to work and back. Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what it could be.

Well I just had them balanced Friday so I would hope they would of caught that. I do see the weights on there

If its the bearing the sound should go away as you turn left or right. You can also have the bearing checked out. I personally think it is something to do with your tires. Have you hit a big pot hole lately?

No didn't hit a pot hole or anything, I think it is my tires cause not it isn't as bad at all now, just around 50-55 it's there. So above 60 to 65 its pretty much gone which leads me to think it is my tires. I did rotate them last week so maybe they were worn on one side more and just are wearing better now? Not a clue. It doesn't matter if I turn or go straight it's there. It is hard to make a 90 degree turn at 50 to 55. But when i do make turns the sound isn't there it's only when i hit about 50ish.

If i have my music on i can't hear it really at all and no my music isn't blaring loud just about your normal volume. (which normal volume may vary from person to person depending on if you fly jets or not

anyone in the 757 do coding? I have a 135i I would like to get coded, but over on 1addicts no one seems to be in the area.

when are meet ups and everything that goes on in the area?

There's been a few guys attempt to contact me to do coding. I really need to get my other laptop setup to do so. Not ignoring you guys....j/k, yes I was

But sold the 135i, moved to Suffolk, and had a baby. Been a little busy.

I'll work on this week, and see if I can get the new laptop working, and will test on my wife's car. You'll have to make the drive out to Suffolk though, I moved from VB. Will post up when I have the coding working on new laptop.

i can bring my macbook pro with windows running on it with software, can even bring cable, just dont have the experience coding and dont want to screw my cars settings or anyone elses up.

Nah, I have the cable and laptop. But got a new laptop, and never set it up to do coding. I previously coded quite a few guys cars on here, so shouldn't be an issue once I test it out.

Whats up everybody...0120 in Malaysia right now just figure id drop in and say hey...the car scene out here is nuts...ALINA B5's left and right and Lambos out the ass...i even ran up on a few Brabus or Barbus tuned Mercs...once i get my place set up ill create an album for you guys to check out and i hope everyone is still getting together and speeding b/c thats what I would be doing if I was able to drive my bimmer...Genyus OUT

So I took my car in for inspection, failed because my fogs will not turn off when high beams are on. I haven't touched my fogs other than the bulbs, does anyone's fogs turn off when high beams are on? Also failed cause of my headlight eyebrows, all new to me since I've never had an issue passing inspection.

Yes the norm is that "fogs" turn off when high beams are turned on. But they can be coded to stay on when you turn your high beams on. Sounds like yours have been coded to stay on. Note: Very timely post though, since I'm past due for an inspection and I've coded mines to stay on when my high beams are on, and I completely forgot about it. Guess I know what i'll be doing before I take her in

BTW: Where did you go to get your inspection done?
