Nothing terribly exciting, just a nice pic of my new car. I know it's stock appearance won't get too many comments, but I never see any Barbera reds so I thought I'd post it.

335i sport 6m. So far I've put on a JB4 and a DCI. I'll probably do some wheels in the near future.

I couldn't be happier with this car.

Excellent choice on color! BR is one of my favorite because it is so unique and looks great in person!

Very rare color. There's one in Orlando that I see all the time and I always get caught looking lol.

It looks like a nice Wine Red/Purple hue...love it!

That color I feel like would go so well with black chrome/ gloss black accents (kidneys, wheels, trim... etc.)

Gunmetal rims/M6 wheels get my vote on that color. Leave the chrome accents, black out the lower grill. Window tint, painted reflectors, aero lip would look amazing.

Spacers and Angel Eyes would make a big impact for not a lot of cash. I just happen to have some AEs for sale

Too bad they won't fit your car.

Welcome to the club! I agree on leaving the chrome grill. I have the Shadownline trim so the BMW Performance grill works (still need to get the lower mesh's done, deciding on weather or not to get an M-sport bumper instead). I wish mine came with your 189 wheels.

FYI, I believe there is a Barbera Red thread in this sub-forum as well, if you haven't posted there yet.

I have a barbera red 335xi - I love it.

I just got the mtech bumpers front and back.
I probably won't get the wheels until spring now though.

What wheels do you plan to get for your car?
I'm having a real tough time deciding on wheels.

I like the BBS CH in black.

I also like two VMR wheels in hyper black - the V701's and the V710's.

I can't decide though - any input would be appreciated.

This pic was taken when I bought it last year.
I've since blacked out all the chrome and got the LUX angel eyes...along with some other minor changes.
I need to get the bumpers installed now because they've already been painted.

Windows are already tinted. I'll probably do an aero lip at some point.

I have done gunmetal V710s, black kidney grills, black lower grills, aero lip, and painted reflectors and I'm loving it. Sounds like you're on a similar track. Enjoy modding! Post pics once you're done

Spend a little more now and go with BBS. Take it from someone who used to have the V710's; you'll end up saving yourself some dough in the long run.
