lubro moly longlife 5w30 or castrol syn 0w30?

What would you use between these two oils? Drops to -30c here in the winter on a regular basis so im kind of leaning towards castrol for that reason, just wanting others opionions....

Even though its rated 0-30, the Castrol is a pretty thick oil, but I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Castrol. I run it year round, it reaches just above what you're getting.
