My Barbera Red E90 Saloon

Hello E90 Community,

I have recently bought an E90, i saw this car on the approved website and initially thought naa, but after seeing it pop up in my searches over the week it started to grow on me. When i went and saw it in real life - i fell in love. My previous 2 beemers, a black e36 compact (college days) then the silver E46 saloon (uni days) - loved both beemers and thought it would be a nice change to have a unique colour this time.

I put on 19inch BBS LMS replicas (waiting on carbon red BBS center caps). I really want to do a LCI conversion and hoping someone here can either sell or point me in the right direction.

All opinions (good and bad) are welcome.

TheOpportunist.

She rides pretty much like oem with exceptions to potholes.

Colliers waters lane is a nightmare! I'd hate to know how much your insurance is, that area isn't friendly for it!

Have had the car for a little while now, thought i'd report back with what i have done (which is not much)

Front Splitters - Cheap mod but i think its a great improvement from the standard SE bumper.

Aluminium 3d gel resin number plates - My old ones were quite weathered and these are actually pretty cool, particularly the rear ones at night when the number plate light bounces off the raised lettering.

Burgundy BBS badges - I actually had 3 attempts at buying because i kept getting the sizes wrong.

BMW grill stripes - I know to some this is a tacky mod but i really like it

Ownership so far has been great, only issues i had were a coil pack & a fuel pressure sensor failing but apart from that it has given me 30,000 trouble free miles.

Are they E39 5series wheels? They look sweeeeet mate.
Also i want that e90post sticker

My car came with m-tec springs which is why it sits lower than usual but im loving the ride height on yours? What springs did you get? Any rubbing?

They were Breytons, unfortunately long gone as I do over 25K a year so I needed practicality although I may get some twists in the near future.

The height was via coilovers, the rears had the adjusters removed so were just the springs - no rubbing but then again I hadn't taken any rear passengers, it was very very close though. Fronts were coilovers wound as low as they go, with 15mm spacers.
