Found this video on youtube of a guy who brought his 2010 Camaro in for a few little complaints. He hid a recording device and finds out that they're beating the crap out of his car... I fear for my car when it's in for service.

Yeah BMW dealer put over 200 miles on my car when it was in for service....nearly 2 years later doesn't seem like they broke anything

Reminds me of a story of my buddies.

Bill Jacobs of BMW in IL stole my buddies Subs/amps one time for a simple car wash. No biggie he had an invoice and they gave him a check.

Another occasion he has a V1 stolen from his car. Car wash story again and they replaced it.

He took the car in for service and he caught the tech racing my buddies younger brother in his m3. He burned out and did some reckless things. Dealers suck. He yelled at him so much but they couldn't really do anything it was his word against the techs.

This is their old location and the new one has been doing so much better.

Screw this dealer. Call me ocd, but I write down the mileage of my car when I take it for service, anywhere.

The owner illegally taped someone, but it ocurred in his car. This is a privacy v. property rights case. Interesting to see how this plays out.

When i got my car back last week (they had it month waiting for parts from the mother-land) 2 of my center caps were ruined (chemical reaction of some sort) and i have a dime sized ding on the edge of one front wheel. When i mentioned it they just shrugged it off, I'm sure glad they are just cheap reps.
