After a few searches, I could not find a DIY so decided to put one together.
You will see that I only performed a partial flush but the steps needed to completely flush the coolant should not be much different. Why would I be okay with only removing some of the coolant? Well, I plan on...

just finished doing this, thanks for the help! My only question is I did not do the full flush, so I did not remove the IC, and I added the entire bottle of coolant(1gal) and took about 1/2 gal of distilled water. So the ratio I used was 25/75 distilled water to Coolant, 50/50 is recommended and some use 75/25. Any issues with this mix?

Great dyi.
I used this to do my partial coolant change. I also filled wit distilled water and drained before adding the final coolant mix. I probably should have filled with distilled water and drained twice as the water coming out was bluer than I thought it would be.

What do you do with the old coolant?
