Inspection question

Hey fellas I just got my car inspected today and I only got 1 year extension wasn't it always 2 years ? Anybody else got this ?

I thought registration is 2 years and inspection every year..

@ gustny that's in ny last time I got inspected I got 2 years now I got 1 year and my boy got his g35 inspected last week n he got 2 years wtf lol

That's in ny not nj lat time I got it inspected it was for 2 years my boy got his inspected last Monday n they give him 2 years so I'm wondering why I got 1 and my car is a 2008 his is a 07 if that has something to do with it lol idk

Musta been a NJ thing - cause here in PA registration & inspection is every year, and has been since I started driving in 1976...

It's cause the car is 2008. New cars now have 5 years inspection. So yours would last till 2013. You probably missed your extension sticker in the mail. After that one expires you'll get 2 year extensions from than on.

all inspections are 1 year in ny..... your probably talking about registration
