i just changed the soft blink to 4 blinks ,its easy , just change the daten file with the function .

for me the daten file i needed to change was FRMFA.C11. first disassembled the file with NCS Dummy then located the function MIND_ANZ_ZYKL_TIPP_BLK. then just changed the value '03' to '04' for 4 blinks. i quoted Dluke

does anyone know if you can change the brightness or voltage for pathway lighting? or the daten file? mines really dim.
any thread links would help. thanks guys

Looking for help on this.. I do all these steps sucessfully.

Just read the FRM/NFRM ECU and open the nettodat.trc
Search for 00340500 and change the ninth byte which should be 14 to any HEX from the table below. ( I am doing the 2 minutes, but tried 1 minute as well)
Save as NETTODAT.MAN and do a codeSGbyNettoData (via F5) and type "NETTODAT.MAN"
done.

I get "basic function perfect ended" and then I change job to SG-Codieren, and execute. The lights still only stay on for 20 seconds. What could be going wrong? TIA!

I just had that same problem, assuming that I had to SG-Codieren after. Turns out that's false. coapiCodeSgByNettoData actually does the coding immediately, not just the reading in from the file. So DON'T SG-Codieren after. You're just overwriting the previously coded new value

So new question: Apparently the "welcome lights" include the angel eyes and blinkers, but not the door handle lights? I'd like to keep those lit longer than 20s as well, any idea where THAT data lives? I'd be willing to bet it's byte 13 of that same line, but I'm not exactly willing to find out the hard way it's not.

EDIT: I was willing to find out. It's not, even though it looks like it is. It's not byte 14 either, (default 00) as the interwebs suggested.

I almost tried it without the SG_Codeiren, but I thought that was the actual data to vehicle transfer. Good to know. Worked like a charm on the "welcome lights", but like you said, it doesn't include the interior lights or handles. Subscribed to see if anyone has an idea on the handles.

Garage List
Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I enabled this and my door handle lights do not stay on with the other lights. My front & rear fogs stay on for 90 secs, but the door handle lights only for 20 secs as they always did.

Anyone ever figure out what value needs to be changed for the handle lights?
