INPA Readiness?
I assume this means I am good to go for an emissions check, there are some other things that are not blacked out, but I am not sure they apply to our cars?

You are good to go. I see you have the German version loaded. No wonder why you couldn't find it. Mine is in English at least for the E90 chassis, the rest of the other chassis is in German.
