I'm picking my e90 up tomorrow afternoon, if all goes well. Tony got BMWNA to cover costs to replace all my injectors, since 2 were throwing fault codes. (HPFP got replaced as well to remedy a very sluggish/rough cold engine starts - this make 3rd time now) I've had my AW e90 335d loaner since last Monday and there's been some extensive testing, fixing, and more testing done over the past week. All in all, he'll make sure the problem is fixed and he'll keep you up to date on progress. If you try to reach him tomorrow (Monday's are just insanely busy down there) and just get his vm, send him an email to request a service date. That always helps and gets you/me in queue faster. talongi@lithia.com Hope this helps. -alex

Negativo bro. He's like late 20s, early 30s, about 5'9', a little italian/latin I think. EVERYONE wears those fleece vests too... His office is like the 7th/8th one down the row.

Tony's been my SA and I have had no trouble with him so far. Great guy who helps you understand the problem and tries to get your car back to you as soon as possible. I would not change SA's from experience.
