The position of the turbocharger had to be slightly changed which means we are in the process of relocating a hard coolant line that also supplies cooling for the stock turbos. We are having to make new intercooler piping and adjust/remake a few other things as well. Progress is definitely not as fast as I was hoping but we do have customers cars to finish as well so More updates to come in the next week or two...

You will be able to run nearly any engine management system you want if you run our new HPF 135/335 intake manifold and a set of injectors. AEM Gen 1, Gen 2, Motec, Hydra Nemesis, Halltech, even the AEM FIC and others. Many of these systems can't control the direct injection but they can control fuel injectors that can be used with our intake manifold. You also won't overheat the direct injection or the fuel pump. The car drives around just like it does factory, but as more fuel is needed the secondary set of injectors comes on. We are designing the piping on our new big single turbo kit and will start tuning very soon.

If you still want to run our big single turbo kit and only want to use the direct injection you can continue to use a flash or piggyback type tuning system. Our intake manifold comes with plugs in the fuel injector ports so you can run it to eliminate the factory plastic one and remove the fuel injectors plugged when you overpower the direct injection and want to run some FIC or IDE injectors.

Isn't proper exhaust manifold design supposed to give priority to the wastegate, not make the exhaust gas have to make a complete 90 degree turn before exiting the gate(s)? If you gave the wastegate priority you would not need 2 44mm's to control boost. I have seen plenty of properly designed manifolds make upwards of 800+whp on a single 44mm TiAl, something similar to this:

I know you seem to have time constraints in getting this kit finished finally, but this would save your customers time and money in the long run. Installation and pulling the gates off off this setup will be a royal pain in the butt. I feel bad for the mechanic who has to install this thing.

I believe they are using two wastegates because the manifold is for a twin scroll turbo, that way the two banks stay separate until they hit the turbo.
