Introducing My Black Beauty

I've been lurking these threads for about 8 months watching and waiting to find the perfect E90 for myself...well I found it!

I'm awaiting delivery from another province. It's a 2009 328i xdrive/premium/sport package/premium sound.

I've already ordered the LUX H8 Angel Eyes and am going to tint the windows. I'd love to get some thoughts on other possible upgrades and what window tint you guys think would look best.

Thanks for lookin. Advice appreciated.

See Canada get the high gloss trim and US doesn't. I could have saved 500 bux from having to upgrade mine. Congrats.

Congrats. Great color combo.

IMO:

1. A drop would make her look much better (doesn't have to be slammed, but the gaps are just too large)

2. Tint is so subjective, but I've always liked 35% all around except for windshield (no tint or 90%). Dark enough but not too dark as to make driving at night more difficult. Either way, I really like carbon/ceramic tint over "standard" tints.

3. I know it's somewhat played out, but an mtech front bumper always set the car off really well.

Have fun with her.

How much of a drop? And what is the process like for this? Also, are there any warranty concerns with a drop?

I have thought about 35% tint but think it might be too light. I heard from some others that because i have beige interior, I should do darker tint?

Beautiful car, congratulations. I love the interior. Good call on the premium sound too.

Keep the car looking good ... check out the detailing forum:

The car probably needs full paint correction being used (even new cars, honestly).

It's called "oyster". It was a fluke that I found it but its what really sold me on the car. Hoping its not too hard to keep clean.

Just bought a set of GP Thunder 7500k fogs to replace the stock ones after reviewing threads on this forum. Hopefully they match the lux h8 angels...
