New tires not run flat

Hi all,
Just realised that my new wheels that I ordered come with tires that are not run flat. Its too late to change em so I was wondering, will I need to put a spare wheel in the boot or is there another solution?

I think it'll have to be the "fix a flat" spray can. Spare wheel will take up to much space in the boot. Thanks guys
