Small update - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Ok, so I am getting a lot of people saying we are not making any progress so I just want to post a quick update before I do the full one next week. This is a fully balanced, torqued to spec, and assembled stage 2 cut out CHRA will all of the upgraded parts in it except the step gap rings. This includes the fullback turbine, upgraded thrust parts, custom journal bearings etc. If you know anything about turbochargers or just high precision, high speed components you know this is a MAJOR step. Machining housings to accept the CHRA and wheels is just that machining. Getting a CHRA together with my sample parts to double check all tolerances, measurements, etc and everything being as you hoped is a big step. From here its wait for the parts to come in and assemble. As always I appreciate the support.

I've seen 2 different TD04 hybrids for the n54 that aren't even for sale in North America and I can easily say that the quality of your product looks by far superior upon visual inspection.

Don't let impatient forum people rush you

as you already know, many people are excited and unaware of how long it takes to bring a product like this to market. I too look forward to seeing these on people's cars to make my decision between a few of your options. Probably stage 2s
