so i finally went and got it exchanged, was really simple so i headed home pleased ..... but soon as i get home and try it out... guess what. THIS ONE DOESNT WORK EITHER! am i doing something wrong? all im doing is setting the specified torque with the dial and then using it. am i missing something here? or is this just a VERY crappy product from CT? and it sucks i lost my reciept.. do you think they will give me store credit or something?
