wheels for e90 320i and some other questions

Hi all. I am new to this forum. I just bought an e90 320i black with 55 plate. it comes with standard 16" wheels which I dont really like. I am thinking of buying 18" MV2 or MV3 alloys but I am uncertain about the offset. What I read is that e90 3 series max offset would be et45. But most of mv2 and mv3 wheels I found are in Et47 which were taken off bmw 5 series e60 etc.

I really don't know whether this will fit my car or not. Can someone here share sthg?

Also, I really fancy the angel eye headlight but I don't really understand what I should do. Do I just buy the white LED bulb? Does the original standard headlamp already come with the angel ring light? Or do I need to buy a complete full set of new head lamp which has the rings first? really confused now. Please help me
