^ at $30/ea plus another alignment.
OP, iirc you installed those not so long ago. If the jam nuts are tight and you can move those links with your hands, the spherical joints are worn already. Same thing here. No one has complained about the Megan racing toe links so they're a viable option as is replacing your oe toe link bushings with BMW Motorsports group n bushings.

FWIW with all the headache around the toe arms joints, I asked GC when I bought their toe arms what the story was with the joints, and they said they guarantee the joints in it, and they've never had one come back. Made me feel okay about buying it.

Could be just a bad joint or really bad roads. We are on our third batch of these arms(20 sets per batch), this is the first report of a possible bad joint out of about 50 sets of arms sold. The first report was from the RE brand arms we initially sold.

I decided against the Megan arms after seeing how heavy they were.
The bearings on my Rogue toe arms went bad from general use and the accelerated wear from going to the track. VAC Motorsports suggested replacing them with top-quality Aurora bearings, which I did along with full rod end boots (the 'dust covers' the RE arms came with were a joke). So far so good.

A part such as this, after over 6 mo use, might be replaced but rarely sent back. My issue might be about par. So, looking for a no-maint, longer term solution. |

I don't know about you but if I buy a part and it fails in 6 months without abuse, I'm sending it back.

For what, the RE stock arms? Bearings went after 3k miles/8 track days. I cracked the outer housing too from heat on the track; the replacement bearings I had installed are designed to withstand higher temperatures.

Yes and they do provide better stability than oe! Wish I woulda thought of it before I wasted money and time screwing around with the RE toe links. Too bad Meyle won't export them to North America for everbody else..Nice upgrade like their tension links, sway bar links, etc
