Help installing JB4 - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hey, I got an 08 135i but I figured some of you guys might have the N54 engine over here. If you have experience installing the JB4 tune on the N54 engine, and want a free lunch

let me know. I'm back and forth between the Bronx and Long Island, but will come out to Jersey or where ever else, if you're not too far. I'd really appreciate it.

Btw, does anyone have their USB cable for sale? Is it exclusively available from BMS, or can I get it elsewhere?

there is some1 in north jersey posting selling jb4 pinout for 200$ firm but try to buy the usb cable thru him.

i think he actually might be making the trip to jersey to me and also pick up a usb cable for the jb4 but he might of changed his mind....

had a problem getting the Male pin out for power. sadly, couldnt install but everything else worked perfectly.

Male pin was not coming out.. but the con was that it was already 7pm when he came in the dark

You will need a small toothpick or nail to push the clip down so you can pull out pin. Re-install with jb4 power pin and connect OEM pin to jb4.

We tried, shit is tough. I did it on my 335 and it came out with no effort. But this one, was a bitch.
