is a way i can open my roof and close it from my key ???

yes if you have the original software and the car has never been updated to newer software from 2007...There are only one to two people in the world that I know that has it functional to open/close with keyfob without comfort access.

The only other way is to buy the smart top module for I think around $300 bucks or so, not sure...
here is my video of my car that I coded to work with the key fob
