Quick question. I have a 2009 335i, 10-2008 mfg date, so I can use the shorter pipe as I understand it. However, is there any significant benefit to going ahead and ordering the longer version? It just simply replaces that extra elbow, correct? Not sure if I should go ahead and pay a few extra dollars to have it as all one piece or is there no significant benefit?

I plan on getting a black with dual Forge and 2 aquamist bungs(adding meth in about 2 months). This last variable(long or short) is the only question I have holding me back from submitting my order lol.

The stock elbow is rubber and creates turbulence, the ER one is welded to the CP and is free flowing. I'm getting the longer one.

So I can use my stock DV's right on it correct? Plug and play no leaks? I plan on getting forged DV's eventually but will have to use my stockers for awhile

Yup the OEM spec ER Charge pipe works with either Forge or Stock DVs.

If I order the charge pipe (2009+) for my 2012 335is, and opt for the OEM style diverter, I can later purchase and put on the Forge DVs without any other parts right?
