I am selling a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks to match 335i setup. Good amount of tread left. 1 tire is actually a Dunlop sp winter sport that I needed to purchase becuz the Blizzak was out of stock when my tire went flat. The Dunlop is the rear 255/35/18 and has at least 90% tread, barely used. The others have around 80% tread. Not asking much just want to get rid of them. I'm in TX. I will provide pics for anyone interested.

i was on a business trip for about 4 days, which allowed me to bring back up to $800 dollars worth. I picked up a set of Michelin Xice xi2, 225/45/17
after shipping and mail in rebated, came to $595 for a set of 4. Cheapest i can find here is $1000 not including taxes. so in all, I saved quite a bit. and with the trip is totally worth it since i didn't have to make a trip just to pick it up, and no cost to me, company paid for. |

Unless the only time you drive is when the temperatures have reached the daytime high, you are negligent in driving your car without winter tires at this time of year. Stay away from my part of town!

Still rolling the mich pss for now .. especially with the forecast. When the high drops below 5degs for a few days straight I'll swap em.
Hate driving on warm dry pavement with winter tread blocks. As long as you aren't driving carelessly and adjust your speeds accordingly summers are fine for now imo.

I'm throwing mine on this week. It's staying under 10 degree's and I'm leaving for Vermont in 2 weeks. Rather have them on so that the car is ready when I'm back rather than have to put them on while there's snow outside.
Just because it says "high of 8 degree's", that doesn't mean the pavement is warm or even close to 8 degree's. |

YES. As it gets colder you will notice more wheel spin as that compound won't grab cold frozen pavement. watch video on Tirerack comparing A/S to winter. They take WAY longer to stop etc. I'm in Toronto with winters and I still worry every time it snows......with the exception of last winter. How did you end up with M+S and not a summer tire?

the pzero nero's M+S are very good tires.
They are amazing in dry pavement and rain. I think I could handle snow but winter tires are better. I've driven 10+ years in Toronto Winter with all seasons but all FWD and 4WD. it's more of a gamble.

Yes it is. I'm sure they are great on warm pavement. Thats a big part of why winter tires are so superior......they have grip when temp drops. How did you end up with a/s on e92?
