colorado springs - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Anybody on here in the springs, or is it all about Denver?

I'm in the Springs. There is actually a pretty strong following, particularly with the Rocky Mountain BMWCCA. They do meets about 6 times a year (I think they are all finished up for now though). Lots of great cars from E30 M3s to E92 M3s and E39 to E60 M5s (and my lowly 335

).

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the Springs folks aren't quite as active on E90post as the Denver folks. Might be because there are a lot more 335s in Denver (particularly modified ones).

What color is your 335i? E90 or E92? I usually try to wave when I see fellow BMW drivers. Outside of blacked out grills and side markers (and GP Thunder AE) mine looks like any other Black Sapphire E90 LCI. Although there aren't many non X-Drive E90s here in the Springs.

07 alpine white, with OEM 230 19' rims.

probably moving into the LCI rear here shortly.

Nice! I'll definitely keep an eye out for you. I'm running stock 287s - I haven't seen another E90 335 with those in the Springs (lots of 162s though). Let me know if you want to sell those 230s when you get an LCI

It was my first time going. Appears as if there is another one of us floating around who uses the car as more than a status quo and grocery getter.
