I have the exact same issue. Dealer was no help because they couldn't replicate

In my case I've had TCU (Bluetooth, voice commands unit) replaced and this sorted out the issue. From the general reading, due to the network architecture in the car, it's enough that one of the units generates "problem"/error or just breaks network connection and other units will experience problems. As result, there might be problems with sound, CCC might be resetting, etc.

Have checked your wiring, i.e. around TCU unit in the trunk or maybe have it disconnected and see if it helps. Just remember that's the "go through connection" therefore in place of the unit you'll need to connect cables. If I'm not mistaken connections are fiber optic based.
